The latest news for fire in our District is the "103" Fire
Initial attack of this fire, which started on the southwest side of the Huachuca Mountains, 
was Saturday May 27th about 4:30pm.The Palominas crews along 
with several other agencies worked with Forest service and a Type 2 Incident Command Team 
to work to control and extinguish the blaze. The size of the fire  was 2050 acres , with the loss of no structures. Crews worked around the 
clock to patrol, build line and shuttle water for the air cranes to drop water on the fire. 
The fire was considered out Sunday June 4th.
